Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please remember that all Sales/Flash Sales items are considered final and cannot be returned.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

To initiate a return, ensure that the merchandise is in its original, unworn, and unused condition, complete with the original packaging, and includes all tags, parts, and accessories. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you encounter any issues with a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at admin@theluminousbeads.com immediately upon receiving it.

Items returned beyond the 14-day window or not adhering to the return guidelines will be sent back to you at your expense, and no credit will be issued. If your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions for sending your package.

Return Instructions

Before sending an item back, we kindly ask you to review our comprehensive Return Policy to ensure all requirements are met. Please note that items failing to meet these stipulations will not be accepted for return, and additional postage will be charged to facilitate their return to you.

It is crucial to contact us first at admin@theluminousbeads.com to initiate the return process. Unrequested returns will not be accepted, so please refrain from sending items back without prior communication.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging items. We suggest using an insured courier (USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, UPS) for your protection and to retain your shipping receipt. The Luminous Beads cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost during transit.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

While we strive to accommodate our customers, please note that certain items are not eligible for return. This includes custom products such as special orders or personalized items. If you're uncertain about a specific item's eligibility, feel free to get in touch with our team.

It's also important to mention that products marked as "Pre-Order", "Limited Edition" and "Made to Order" on the item description fall within this category. Additionally, any item that is not in its original condition and packaging, items with damaged or missing parts unrelated to our error, and items returned more than 14 days after delivery are not eligible for return. International orders, sale items, and e-gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

Our focus is on ensuring that you receive products of the highest quality. Exchanges are therefore available exclusively for defective or damaged items. All exchanges are also subject to inventory availability and adherence to our returns policy. Original items must be unworn, and unused and include all tags, parts, and accessories. 

All customized orders and clearance items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, or exchanges.

Should you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same one, please reach out to us at admin@theluminousbeads.com, and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Refunds 

We want your shopping experience to be stress-free, and we are committed to processing refunds as efficiently as possible. Upon receiving and carefully inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

If approved, an automatic refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please bear in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some additional time. In the event that more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, kindly contact us at admin@theluminousbeads.com. For any approved returns made with our store e-gift card, you will receive an e-gift certificate.
